Pastry in Streetwear Lingo
Kith Treats has teamed up with Chef Eunji Lee’s Lysée on a limited Gâteaux Collection Box. Known for her French training and the way she threads Korean tradition through New York energy, Lee’s pastries arrive here in streetwear form: a corn madeleine tuned to autumn, a pecan financier, Yakgwa honey cakes, and shortbreads. But our favorite part is the French madeleine, carried by tradition and reimagined through Kith’s lens as a Dulcey chocolate bear with maple — almost too cute to eat.
The collection is joined by two ice cream specials, the Maïsée and the Financier, each folding Lysée’s pastry craft into Kith’s signature swirl. Available now for a limited time at Kith Treats locations in New York City.
